Pros: Calls are superb
Cons: Not loud enough for music

Works fine with all my Blackberrys. I also use it on my Evo, calls are smooth, only thing is its not loud enough when listening to music.

I am very proud of the Blackberry headset and not too loud and not too low its the sound is just right. I love the fact it will pause my music when I have an incoming call as well as call the number I need. I will buy this product again. Thanks!

Sound on my blackberry curve is awful. This headset sounds much better - greater clarity to me and to those to whom I am speaking.

Great Headsets but still needs to be more durable

Cons: needs to be more durable

I work in a noisy environment and these headsets are good for a a while until they break but if you take really good care of them they are a keeper, just I wish it were more durable because when i got a mic caught on something, BAM! earpiece comes off and i had to get the wires put back on the connectors at a local radio shop.

Im still going to order one right now :)
